Saffron Zest is an Internet based catering management system designed for small, medium and large-scale contract catering companies. Operational sites enter their weekly returns directly to head office over an Internet connection and Saffron Zest then produces management reports for site and head office personnel.

As well as the above commercial packages, FDH developed TRICAT, Tri Services Catering System a bespoke catering management system for the Armed Forces catering. This system is currently being used in the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, British Army and the New Zealand Defence Force.
