Our expertise will allow us to assist you in making the correct choice of how to implement your solution. This can be simply by giving you advice and liasing with your IT Department in how our solutions would run in your business right through to Fretwell Downing Hospitality becoming an ASP (Applications Service Provider) for you. This would then make us responsible for the management and delivery of the whole solution, rather than just a supplier of support services to a client.

An ASP approach also allows us to take on board the complexities sometimes associated with software solutions and leaves you to concentrate on running your business.

We can offer a wide range of technical installation services, where required. These may include hardware specification and configuration, installation on servers, network coordination and integration with other corporate activities. Fretwell Downing Hospitality can also support database administration and undertake system checks and remote diagnostics where relevant.
