Customer Services Support Helpdesk
Caterers continually face deadlines which are non negotiable - lunch has to happen at the set time or else! So that means any technology system has to help you achieve that and not break down at the critical time.
Well, of course in reality, we cannot guarantee a system will never break down, but we can promise to take the problem over from you (via a remote modem connection) and ensure the problem is resolved as soon as possible.
Our front line help desk only takes calls from FDH catering system users, so they are well versed in the needs of caterers, and can answer queries, fix problems, sort out the technology, explain reports - and all the other things to help "keep the show on the road".
Support also means ongoing updates, new versions, fixes etc. We require all our users to take out an annual agreement, which covers all these activities within a single fixed cost contract. That ensures we can provide the service, and that ensures your system is kept in tiptop condition. Partnership is the focus!

The Customer Services help desk is manned by fully trained experienced staff. Collectively they have worked for many years supporting Fretwell-Downing software products.
During the hours of 9.00 - 5.30 (Monday to Friday), we will help our users by answering their queries, fixing their problems and giving any general support that they may need, to ensure that their catering system runs smoothly and efficiently.
On-going support also means updating the software to new versions and installing new report libraries. These activities are covered by your annual support maintenance contract.
