Providing solutions is not about a piece of innate software, it’s the supporting services which bring it to life.
 
Our Professional Services team will support and own each client projects on a named account basis. In other words, they are responsible for ensuring the success of your particular project, and can draw on considerable FDH resources to help them achieve just that.
 
Consultancy aspects may commence with reviewing best policy and procedures - the way you have always done it is not necessarily the best way now! A review of possible options and a discussion about the pro's and con's of changes lead in to the development of new practices, always recognising the culture of the organisation in question. Then they will help develop a project plan, which reflects local ambitions, timescales and resources, and then provide as much (or as little!) hands-on support from the FDH team as required. They will coordinate other FDH activities (training, technical installation etc) and liase with your own internal resources where appropriate, and with external third party contractors and suppliers is necessary.
 
FDH can also take a full hand’s on approach by taking on board and delivering large chunks of a systems implementation. This frees up your valuable in house resources to continue with what they are good at whilst we do the specialist technical elements. FDH is not afraid in accepting the responsibility of delivering its promises and commitments to its clients.
 
Consultants will remain associated with a project until the project is implemented and signed off. However ongoing reviews are always recommended, as the goal posts for any business never remain fixed, and any supporting IT project must stay refreshed with new targets and objectives at the same time. FDH is committed to ongoing enhancements to all its systems and services to help you stay ahead!
The fdh consultancy team may also become involved in the preparation of option appraisals and system proposals, often covering system functional requirements and investment returns.
