FDH appoints Luci Daniels as their Independent Dietitian

As part of FDH’s continued success in implementing our Saffron Nutrition Solution into the Local Authority sector. FDH are pleased to announce the appointment of Luci Daniels as their Independent Dietetic Adviser.  Luci has worked as a hospital dietitian for many years and has been closely involved in the area of public health nutrition. She is a former Chairman of the British Dietetic Association and has worked with LACA.

Luci recognises the importance and complexity of providing acceptable, healthy and nutritionally adequate meals in Local Authority catering.  An adaptable and easy to use software package can help the caterer meet both the nutritional and financial challenges.  Saffron plans to continually develop and evolve to meet the needs of the caterer and Luci looks forward to working as part of the Saffron team.

The abundance of misleading nutrition information in the public domain is a cause of great concern, increasing confusion about what people should eat and making the choice of a healthy diet more difficult than it needs to be. Luci firmly believes that Registered Dietitians are key opinion formers in the nutrition world and should be seen and heard as such
