Our very first commercial customer for FDH catering management software was Sheffield City Polytechnic, now Sheffield Hallam University. Having worked together in partnership for 25 years, the University is still a loyal and valued FDH client, now using our Saffron Spice and Saffron Nutrition software in helping to control all the catering and hospitality services across the University Campus.

 

Universities are large, multi-site, operations with a large volume of customers, and so detailed management information is essential in controlling cost and expenditure. Some sites will also need to control income by the introduction of EPoS point of sale and cashless systems; we can also integrate into these solutions and have strong partnerships with several specialist EPOS providers.
