Environment Management Policy

The Board of Directors, management and all members of staff at FDH are committed to the care and preservation of the environment.

The organisation ensures that all its activities, products and services are carried out in accordance with current, relevant environmental legislation, and observes the requirements outlined by the Environment Agency.

FDH believes in working together, towards a continual improvement in its environmental performance, and this will be monitored within a framework of objectives, review and audit procedures. This framework will be documented, updated regularly with new legislative practice and communicated to all employees. FDH will regularly monitor its environmental performance and publish the results on the company website.

The organisation will seek to prevent or minimise waste, to promote re-use and recycling, to reduce its energy consumption, and where possible, to work with suppliers and business partners with the same commitment.

These objectives and targets are publicised throughout the organisation, and all members of staff are committed to their achievement.
