Our Quality Policy
FDH is committed to providing services and products, which meet or surpass customer requirements. We recognises that continued success will depend upon meeting challenges, improving performance and delivering the quality that each customer expect to see from our products and services. FDH continuously strives to provide cost effective and leading edge technology solutions.

Quality is a vital part of all our products and services, which helps to ensure good long-term relationships with both suppliers and customers. To this end, the company has established and will continue to maintain a quality system.

In an effort to maintain our past successes and to comply with market forces we have implemented and operate several quality certifications as well as other industry recognised service awards. These are:
 
·        Operating a Quality Management System, certified to ISO9001 standards, we have achieved this level of certification for  the past 12 years.
 
·        Undergoing ISO14001 accreditation for Environmental Management Policy
 
·        Microsoft Certified Solution Provider.
 
·        Being Granted the Royal Warranty in 2007, by appointment by her Majesty The Queen suppliers of Hospitality Software.
 
The Directors are also responsible for quality within the company and all personnel bear the responsibility for the quality of all tasks for which they are accountable in accordance with the requirements of the quality system.
