The Food and Drink Federation (FDF), the Federation of Wholesale Distributors (FWD) and a group of leading Operators have come together to develop a number of major industry initiatives that will provide the platform for all partners in the Foodservice supply chain to benefit by improving supply chain operational efficiencies. Providing a standard electronic method for synchronising structured product data through an Internet based electronic catalogue.

GCAT - The Government IT Catalogue from OGCBuying.solution
 
OGCbuying.solutions is an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce in the Treasury. The role is to deliver value for money gains for central civil government and the wider public sector through our dedicated, professional procurement service. FDH systems can be purchased through the GCAT programme.
 
 
NCC - Escrow
 
"Escrow" is a legal term meaning "money, goods or a written document, held by a trusted third party, pending the fulfilment of some condition". NCC Group does not hold money they hold the software source code that has been developed and which is owned by FDH. All licensed clients have the option to sign up to an agreement with NCC. This would allow the client to have access to the source code under certain trigger points, thus protecting your business like an assurance policy.

Local Authority Caterers Association
 
LACA is the professional body representing 1000 catering managers and suppliers who provide catering services to all sectors of Local Authorities in England, Wales and Scotland.
Local authority caterers are responsible for providing more than 2.5 million school meals a day, civic catering such as town halls and leisure centres, for social services catering such as residential homes for the elderly, day centres and meals on wheels.
